Managing Director
Tatiana leads the operations, production, quality control and creative departments at Shelly Ray LLC.
Tatiana has a deep love and respect for nature. To her, every plant is a living being that carries its own energy and deserves to be cared for with dedication, gratitude, and respect.
Since childhood, she has felt a special connection with plants, finding joy in the process of germinating seeds and witnessing the birth and growth of new life.
That connection is at the heart of Shelly Ray.
Tatiana personally inspects and cares for each plant before it is sent to its new home, taking a special moment with every one and wishing that it arrives in a place where it will be loved and nurtured.
In return, she believes each plant will bring life, beauty, joy, and companionship to those who welcome it.

Managing Director
Hector brings strategic vision and balance to the Shelly Ray LLC team.
He is the numbers person, overseeing the company’s commercial and administrative areas.

As Tatiana’s husband, Hector has become her greatest supporter and a true admirer of her creative ability.

Behind every great story, there is an artist who brings it to life and in our case, that artist is Christa Elizabeth Beckmann.
Ce. is a talented architect with a lifelong passion for painting. When Tatiana shared with her the dream of creating our brand, Elizabeth embraced this very special project for her as if it was her own, bringing creativity, dedication, and heartfelt passion to every brushstroke.
Shelly Ray and her inseparable friend Bean were born driven by her deep love
for her family and inspired by her awe for nature and personal experiences shared with her husband Jarrod. Bringing to life these very special characters that now proudly accompany the design of our boxes and have become an essential part of our brand identity.
